November 7, 2008 - Turtle Nesting Series

I thought I would share a series I did up from some photos I took a few years ago of a 'Northern Painted Turtle' nesting.

Meet our new Mom, the 'Northern Painted Turtle'

Mom now backed into position and digging out the nest,,,,

Almost done digging,,,,

Fillin' er up now,,,,,

One more should just about do it,,,,


All full, now for the covering up, then will be all finish!LOL Now I ask,,,"Where did she have all those???"
Note: I can't figure out why, but the last photo got rotated.
